This Master Services and Purchasing Agreement ("Agreement") is between Axon Enterprise, Inc. ("Axon"), and the customer listed below or, if no customer is listed below, the customer on the Quote attached hereto ("Customer"). This Agreement is effective as of the later of the (a) last signature date on this Agreement or (b) date of acceptance of the Quote ("Effective Date"). Axon and Customer are each a "Party" and collectively "Parties". This Agreement governs Customer’s purchase and use of the Axon Devices and Services detailed in the Quote as defined below. It is the intent of the Parties that this Agreement will govern all subsequent purchases by Customer for the same Axon Devices and Services in the Quote, and all such subsequent quotes accepted by Customer shall be also incorporated into this Agreement by reference as a Quote.
