This Indirect Master License and Confidentiality Terms for Beta Solutions (United States) (the “Agreement”) will govern certain “Beta Solutions” provided by Avaya Inc., with offices located at 4655 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA 95054-1233, United States (“Avaya”), and/or “Partner” to “Licensee” for testing. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date Licensee, Avaya and Partner execute a “Beta Letter” and continues in effect until terminated in accordance with Section 14 below.
