This Memorandum of Understanding, dated this day of June, 2010 (“MOU”), regarding the AMULA referred to below, is entered into by and among Ice Edge Team, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Ice Edge Arena, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, the “Buyer”), and the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”).
