In order to insure that parents and students understand the responsibility and commitment needed by each member of Team Duct Tape, and the promise made by the team coaches to you and your child, please take the time to read carefully, checking each item to indicate you’ve read and understood each one, and sign this contract together with your child. We take our expectations of student, family and coach conduct and cooperation seriously and trust that you will, too.
