This Subscription Agreement constitutes the agreement ("Agreement") between Jefferson County Cable ("we," "us" or "Jefferson County Cable") and the user ("you," "user" or "Customer") of Jefferson County Cable's residential and small business communications services and any related products or services ("Service"). This Agreement governs both the Service and any devices, such as a Multimedia Terminal Adapter, Analog Telephone Adapter or any other IP connection device ("Device" or "Equipment"), used in conjunction with the Service and it applies to all lines on each Jefferson County Cable account. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date it is signed by Jefferson County Cable (the “Effective Date”).
