THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 20XX (hereinafter, the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF EL MONTE, a municipal corporation (hereinafter, “CITY”) and INSERT CONSULTANT NAME (hereinafter, “CONSULTANT”). For the purposes of this Agreement, CITY and CONSULTANT may be referred to collectively by the capitalized term “Parties.” The capitalized term “Party” may refer to CITY or CONSULTANT interchangeably, as appropriate.
