This Master Convenience Contract, made this day of , 2016 by and between multiple Vendors listed in Section 1.4 (hereinafter called the “Vendor(s)”) and the City of Jacksonville, North Carolina acting as Lead Public Agency (hereinafter called the “Lead Public Agency”) on behalf of the North Carolina Local Government Information Systems Association (NCLGISA), sets forth the requirements, conditions, covenants, and considerations of this Master Convenience Contract (“Contract”) to provide general and specific information to supply Off-the-shelf Cisco products, for an indefinite quantity contract, SMARTnet maintenance for purchased products, and Value- Added Services (hereinafter called the “Products”).
