THIS AMENDMENT ONE made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures, is to that certain AGREEMENT Number CPS0221-05 between the parties hereto, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” and is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and DMS SERVICES, INC., an independent contractor doing business at 1633 East Fourth Street, #160, Santa Ana, CA, 92701, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
