THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE the   day of   20 between the Blackpool Borough Council whose principal office is situated at the Town Hall, Blackpool, acting through the Head of Procurement hereinafter referred to as The Authority of the one part and   whose main office is situated at   hereinafter called the Contractor of the other part (either one being a “Party” and both together constituting the “Parties”).
