This Institutional Participation Agreement Amendment is entered into between the California Student Aid Commission (herein referred to as “Commission”) and , (hereinafter referred to as “the Institution”) to reflect that leadership of the Institution has changed since the Institutional Participation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “IPA”) was originally executed. By signing this amendment, the new, acting, interim, or permanent President/Chancellor/Chief Executive Officer (hereinafter referred to as “President”) of the Institution agrees to abide by the existing IPA.
