The City of Geneva (IL) is issuing this RFP for the purpose of establishing a term contract (“Agreement”) with one PJM Approved Curtailment Service Provider firm (“Provider”) for Energy Efficiency (“EE”) project qualification & Emergency Capacity (“EC”) annual registration (“EE & EC” hereinafter referred to as “Services.” The initial term of the Agreement will cover qualified projects & sites submitted for registration to PJM and approved prior to May 31, 2022.
