THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Broadslate Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on behalf of its operating affiliates identified in Part C hereof collectively, (“Broadslate”) and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Broadslate or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
