This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a mutual agreement between the Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District (District) and the VFWD Management Association (Association). This MOU is entered into pursuant to the Meyers-Milias Brown Act (Government Code Sections 3500, et seq.) and all applicable state and federal laws. As approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and the Association, this MOU is binding upon the District and the employees represented by the Association.
