INSTRUCTIONS (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 23, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg, a public agency (“Seller”) and Forecast Land Investment LLC, a California limited liability company (“Buyer”). Seller and Buyer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
