This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is part of the attached Purchase Order between the State of Colorado, Colorado Department of Education and the Contractor. For purposes of this Agreement, the State is referred to as “CDE”, “State”, and “Department” and the Contractor is referred to as “Contractor.”
