This Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) is entered into by BidPal, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“BidPal”), and the Customer (“Customer”) identified on an Order Form incorporating this MSA. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have their meanings specified in the BidPal Services Order Form (the "Order Form"). For good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:
