Charge Ready NY is a program that provides incentives to electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment owners who install Level 2 charging stations at public, workplace, and multifamily parking sites in New York State. NYSERDA will provide $4,000 per charging port installed upon completion of the installation of charging equipment and the provision of appropriate documentation. To participate in the program, Charge Ready NY applicants must provide authorization from the property owner or an authorized agent of the property owner that gives the applicant permission to install charging equipment at the site. To authorize this installation, the property owner (or an authorized agent of the property owner) and the equipment owner (Applicant) must read and complete this form. If the Applicant is the property owner, its completion of this form serves as attestation that it is the property owner and has the right to install the charging equipment on its property.
