This Independent Representative Agreement includes the terms and conditions authorizing an independent person or entity (“Representative”) to offer products and services of Cotton Chicks, LLC (“Company”)(collectively referred to as “Parties”). The undersigned Representative agrees to the following Terms and Conditions, Company Policies and Procedures (“Policy” or “Policies”), the Company Pay Plan, Company literature, any renewal agreements, or any amendments made in accordance with this Agreement (which are incorporated herein and collectively referred to as the “Agreement”).
