In consideration for being permitted by The Music Run, Baseline Venture Pte. Ltd., Baseline Ventures (India) Private Limited and Fresh Events International, all Event sponsors, their representatives and successors, Event directors, employees, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”) to participate in The Music Run event and activity (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Event”), the Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims for damage for personal injury, death or damage or loss to any property or part thereof including, without limitation, the articles / belongings which the Participant may have, or which may hereafter accrue to the Participant, as a result of his/her participation in the Event.
