This limited warranty (hereinafter ‘Warranty’) specified below applies to LG Energy Solution Lithium-ion battery and the Accessory Component (hereinafter ‘Products’) manufactured by LG Energy Solution, Ltd. (hereinafter ‘LG Energy Solution’), purchased by End-users (hereinafter “Buyer”) through an authorized channel (hereinafter ‘Reseller’) and installed by ‘Certified Installer’. ‘Certified Installer’ must hold LG Energy Solution certificate for Prime products.

(hereinafter ‘LG Energy Solution’), purchased by End-users (hereinafter “Buyer”) through an authorized RESU sales channel (hereinafter ‘Reseller’) and installed by ‘Certified Installer’. ‘Certified Installer’ must hold LG Energy Solution certificate for RESU Prime products.
