The Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) operates the pools on the south end of Daniel Island. At these facilities, we strive to provide a safe and clean environment. With safety being our number one priority, lifeguards are on the premises of Pierce Park Pool and Scott Park Pool during peak hours from Thursdays through Sunday and on Holidays during our pool season (Memorial Day through first week of August). On occasion, large groups arrive at the pool without the association’s prior knowledge. When this occurs, it creates potential safety hazards due to the number of swimmers in the pool. For this reason, the association has enacted policies governing pool parties. Anyone who wishes to have a party at Scott should complete this application in order to properly register with the association and ensure tables will be held for the event. Please note, we do not hold pool parties at Pierce Park Pool or Edgefield Park Pool.
