MPI SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) is entered by and between Marine Professionals, Inc., a Florida Corporation (“Company” or “MPI”), and the owner of the vessel and/or authorized agent of the owner of the vessel (the “Customer”) identified in the corresponding and attached MPI's Estimate form (“Estimate”). The Company and Customer may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
