THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and among VISTA PARK PARTNERS, LTD. (“Grantee”), a Florida limited partnership, who owns Vista Park Senior Living f/k/a Vista Park Apartments (“Development”), a development financed by Florida Housing, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (“Florida Housing”), a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida. Upon execution by both parties, this Agreement shall become effective as of the date the last party signs (“Effective Date”).
