As a co-signer and guarantor to this lease, I personally guarantee that in the event that either my son or daughter does not financially fulfill his/her lease obligations for any reason, I shall fulfill those obligations to the full extent of the lease. I understand that my personal guarantee is an inducement for the Landlord to enter into the lease, and that the Landlord would not enter into the lease without such guarantee.
