This Host Community Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of June, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Town of Belmont, a municipal corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen, with a principal address of 455 Concord Ave, Belmont, MA 02478 (hereinafter the "Municipality") and Mint Retail Facilities LLC with a principal office address of One Marina Park Drive, Suite 1140, Boston, MA 02210 (hereinafter "Company"), (Municipality and Company being referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
