(SynapseFI), Evolve Bank & Trust, an Arkansas banking corporation (the “Bank”), on behalf of [Namebase US, Inc.] (“Nambase”), the program partner responsible for managing the Custody Account and providing customer service to you. “We,” “Bank,” “our,” and “us” refer to SynapsefI and the Bank, our successors, affiliates, or assignees. "You," “User” and "your" refer to refer to the person accepting the terms of this Agreement.
