Parking permits are available to Current Residents only. Residents are required to present a valid copy each of their driver’s license, DMV registration, and proof of insurance for the vehicle (must be in the name of the applying tenant or parent). Attach the permit to the inside, bottom left corner of the windshield for which it is registered so that it is easily identifiable by management. If we cannot see the permit number, or if the permit is displayed on a vehicle other than the vehicle it was registered to (even if you own the vehicle), then that vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. We only allow one parking permit per tenant.
