This intergovernmental agreement, (“Agreement”) dated , 2016, is entered into by CLEAN WATER SERVICES (“CWS”), a county service district, organized under ORS chapter 451. TUALATIN VALLEY WATER DISTRICT (“TVWD”), organized under ORS chapter 264 and TUALATIN HILLS PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT (“THPRD”), a Park and Recreation District organized under ORS chapter 266, (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
