The business office of Keystone Regional Volleyball Association (KRVA) as authorized by KRVA’s Board of Directors will establish the policies for running volleyball tournaments in the Keystone Region each season. Tournament Directors will be informed of these policies prior to October 1 each season. Any changes in policy after October 1 will be enforced in the following season.
