THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in the State of Nebraska (“City”), and B & J PARTNERSHIP, LTD., a Nebraska limited partnership, and its successors and assigns (“Redeveloper”).
