This AGREEMENT is entered into on this day of November, 2011 and is between the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a municipal corporation of the State of California, referred to herein as “CITY” and the SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a California Special District referred to herein as “DISTRICT”.
