To the extent allowed by the laws of the State of Ohio and subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below, the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services (“ODAS”), agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in [Contractor]’s [agreement name] (“Agreement”) attached as Exhibit I for reference. Additionally, [Contractor] (“Contractor”) and ODAS agree that the following terms and conditions (the “Addendum”) shall be incorporated into and form a part of the Agreement for all purposes. For purposes of this Addendum, ODAS is the Contracting Agency and the Ordering Agency.
