The terms of this CUSTOMER MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made between the entity requiring services from Dell (the “Customer”) and the Dell entity identified on the Customer’s quote or invoice (“Dell”) shall apply each time Dell accepts an order from the Customer for services as set out below. “Dell” shall (other than for the purpose of the contracting entities) include Dell’s corporate parent, subsidiaries and affiliates that are majority owned by Dell, or its parent, or are under voting control of such entities and/or related companies (collectively, “Dell Affiliates”) .
