THIS AMENDMENT to that certain Ground Service Equipment Facilities Space Rental Agreement at Tampa International Airport, dated September 2, 2010, by and between the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida (Authority), and AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC., successor-in-interest to US AIRWAYS, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida (Company) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as Party or Parties) is entered into this day of , 2020 (Amendment No. 2).
