THIS AGREEMENT for Janitorial Services, Project No. 147-24 is made and entered into this ______ day of _____________, 2024, by and between the City of Thornton, a Colorado home rule municipality, in the State of Colorado (hereinafter, “Thornton”) and ________________________(the “Service Provider” or “Vendor”). Thornton and Service Provider hereafter may be referred to collectively as, the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
