This Application & Contract to participate in the American Transplant Congress (“Event”) at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (“Facility”) over June 1-5, 2024, including but not limited to move-in and move out dates (“Event Dates”) shall become effective when it has been submitted by the exhibiting company and accepted by the American Transplant Congress (“ATC”). The individual signing this Application & Contract represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding Application & Contract on behalf of the exhibiting company. By signing below, the exhibiting company agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
