CCA PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the CCA and the participant (the “Student”), or, if less than 18 years of age, their guardian, as identified in their account registration information (the “Guardian”). This Agreement specifies the terms under which Student may apply and participate in the CCA’s mentoring program (the “Program”) accessible though the CCA’s website located at www.ccalliance.eu (the “Site”). In reading this Agreement upon signing thier CCA Application, Student and/or Guardian agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of CCA Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated for reference. A Student entering into this Agreement on their own behalf warrants and represents that they are at least 18 years old.
