The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Company and its employees, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, hours of labour and wages, and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, as outlined in this Agreement for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agree- ment.
