This three-year Design-Build Services agreement provides a mechanism to fast-track design and construction for water, wastewater and reclaimed water projects at any of the various county-owned treatment facilities. This contract includes the design and construction of the following systems: chemical feed systems for lime and fluoride; sulfuric acid dilution system; reverse osmosis cleaning and permeate flush systems; finished water storage tank aeration & mixing improvements; temporary bypassing and valve replacements; automation and process improvements; 700hp multistage centrifugal blower for aeration; replacement of existing sluice gates and slide gates; structural and process modifications to headworks; and deep injection monitoring well.
