This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is made on the 1st day of July 2008 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Ross Valley School District (“Lessor”), a public school district organized under the laws of the State of California and whose address is 110 Shaw Drive, San Anselmo, CA 94960, and the San Anselmo Montessori School (“Lessee”), P.O. Box 707, San Anselmo, CA 94979-0707. Lessee and Lessor shall be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
