It is understood and agreed that the City of Murphy, Texas (the Investor), will, from time to time, have funds available for investment, (the Investable Funds), and that the Investor desires for Valley View Consulting, L.L.C., (the Advisor), to provide professional investment services to the Investor with respect to the Investable Funds and that the Advisor desires to provide these services. This agreement, (the Agreement), constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof.
