FaithCare is an employer-based healthcare services benefit plan offered by Faith Community Health (FAiTH). FaithCare provides access to affordable primary and virtual healthcare for uninsured employees working in Stone or Taney counties, in Missouri. FaithCare is not health insurance. Services are provided by Faith Community Health Center, Inc., a nonprofit medical clinic located in Branson, Missouri. FAiTH operates on a cash basis and does not accept health insurance reimbursement for services. This is a medical retainer agreement for the provision of direct primary care in the state of Missouri.
