This IBISCHK5 Source Code License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between TechAmerica (“TechAmerica”) with offices at 1401 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia; I/O Buffer Information Specification Committee, a committee of the Systems, Standards and Technology Council of TechAmerica (“Owner”), and , (“Licensee”), and is effective as of the date this Agreement is executed by Licensee.
