This Service Agreement applies to all Libro Credit Union Limited (“Libro”) Owners effective January 1, 2024. We use the term "Owner" or “Owners” when referring to our Libro customers. This Service Agreement includes all Libro Owners’ Accounts, Cards (excluding credit cards), and Transactions processed through their Accounts, or through their Cards. References in all Libro documents or agreements to “Owner Services Terms and Conditions” are understood to indicate this “Service Agreement.”
