AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND‌HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and Human Investment Project, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for the Self-Sufficiency Program and the Home Sharing Program services on June 5, 2007; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to add funding for the remaining terms of the Agreement and add Exhibit A1 (Program/Project Description) and Exhibit B1 (Method and Rate of Payment).
