PIMCO is the investment manager for the Board’s Stable Value Fund, the Montana Fixed Fund. The Investment Management Agreement (IMA) between the Board and PIMCO incorporates by reference the Montana Fixed Funds’ Investment Policy statement in exhibit A of their contract. Changes to the Stable Value Fund IPS necessitates updates to PIMCO’s IMA. Attached are the required updates to Exhibit A of the IMA and the contract amendment incorporating the recommended changes.
