This Sports Medicine/Sponsorship Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into and made effective as of July 1, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), by and between TriHealth, Inc. on behalf of its affiliates and subsidiaries, an Ohio non-profit corporation ("TriHealth"), Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Ltd (“Beacon”) and Ross Local School District ("School").
