This Reinstatement and Amendment 1 (“Amendment”) to Master Agreement MA-201605 (“Agreement”) by and between Garda CL West, Inc. (“Contractor”) and the Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council” or “State”) is made and entered into this 18th day of March, 2020 (“Effective Date”) in the State of California. 2. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. 3.
