It is hereby agreed by and between the BOARD OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS OF THE LEWISBURG AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT, located in Union County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (hereinafter called the Board) and MARK D. DIROCCO, Ph.D. (hereinafter called the Superintendent) that the Board in accordance with its action as found in the minutes of the meeting held on October 8, 2015, has and does hereby employ MARK D. DIROCCO, Ph.D. as Superintendent of Schools for a period of three (3) years, commencing July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2019.
