The Imperial Government of Iran, and the Government of the Republic of Iraq, desiring to strengthen, in the spirit of the Algiers Agreement of 6 March 1075, 34 order and security in their frontier zones, have agreed, in order to settle incidents, violations or disputes which might occur in those zones, on the following provisions:
